At Kasutam, we prioritize the freshness and safety of your food products; however, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process

Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 24 hours to verify the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.

Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
